MMental Health: well-being and local services
Our last meeting in January 2016 taking place at Castle Methodist Colchester was attended by an encouraging number of thirty-two people who came from a wide range of churches in the area. We very much enjoyed and learnt from Sue Sullivan of Colchester Mind who spoke practically about how we keep ourselves mentally healthy and included steps we can take to find and maintain a sense of well-being. There is another meeting planned for 14th of April 2016 when two Colchester Samaritans will speak of their experiences at Plume Avenue United Reformed Church, Colchester. There are more details of this event on our poster.
